Trade Safely While we believe most people are honest in their dealings, we encourage you to use good judgment and safety when transacting with others. Remember that asking for enough information to make you comfortable is almost never a problem between two legitimate individuals because the person you're dealing with will likely want the same assurances about you. Do everything you can to get confirmation that the person is who they say they are (i.e. copy of driver's license or other info.). It is important to confirm all the details of a transaction including price, exchange method, and of course, time frame. Tickets are time-sensitive, and therefore, it is in the best interests of both parties for them to be exchanged or shipped PROMPTLY by the seller and for payment to be sent by the buyer immediately. . Here are some recommendations to have a safe and secure transaction. * Whenever possible, avoid using checks, including personal, cashiers and money orders. This is especially important for orders that are not consummated in person. Wiring or sending funds through Western Union is not advised. We encourage you to use PayPal.com to pay for tickets. PayPal.com is a free online service that allows you to make electronic payments for merchandise. As a seller, you can get comfort in dealing with a Verified Buyer (see PayPal.com for details). And as a buyer, we recommend that you only use the Credit Card Option, even if you're using your check card. Your credit card offers you the best protection when shopping online. Check with your credit card provider for details. * Although it costs a bit more, insist that the seller use a carrier such as Fedex. Avoid people using services such as Airbourne Express. You can send Fedex packages from any Kinko's, Mail Boxes Etc. or similar retail outlets nationwide for as little as $10. These packages can be tracked online anytime. If you must use checks, use the C.O.D. option. For example, the tickets can be sent out Monday, delivered Tuesday, and you receive payment on Wednesday. * Most importantly, use common sense. If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. Avoid sellers who are nervous about providing information, hard to get in touch with or have no home or office phone number. Once you start having a conversation with a seller, you should be able to contact them directly, not via a pager. If you have any questions, please let us know. Simply email us with questions or call us at 866-789-1884 during regular business hours, and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
